Two SUSS TMAs, one exhausted shift worker: a Facilities Management case study

Ravin came to us on a friend’s recommendation, straight off a night shift. He is the kind of student a lot of “help” services quietly fail: a working adult doing a SUSS degree part-time while raising a young family, with almost no hours left in the day. He needed two Facilities Management TMAs handled properly, and he needed to trust whoever did them. The task: two Facilities Management TMAs, back to back

Ravin sent two SUSS TMA01 briefs, FMT205 and FMT101, due about ten days apart. These are not fluff assignments: they want structured academic writing on facilities-services outsourcing, data integrity and security, referenced properly and clean on Turnitin. He was upfront that he might reply late because of his shifts, and asked us to just message him.

S$180 for two TMAs, split into a 50% deposit and a balance on delivery. For a working parent counting every dollar, the price and the pay-when-happy structure mattered as much as the work itself.

What we delivered

We handed FMT205 over on the due date and FMT101 a few days later, both written by hand by a real graduate. The thing Ravin kept coming back to was the referencing. Facilities-management TMAs live or die on how you support your points, and ours were properly cited, in his words, “damn good” and “fire.”

Why it mattered

This is the part we care about most. Ravin was not chasing a shortcut, he was drowning, and a fair, reliable hand meant he could keep his degree, his job and his family all upright at once. When we asked if he would exchange reviews, he said he would rather wait for his results first, because that would be “more solid.” Then he offered something better than a review.
