Privacy Policy

What we collect

• When you send a request through our request form: the type of help you need, your module or subject, your deadline, your description, the files you attach, and a WhatsApp number or Telegram username so we can reply.
• When you message us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Carousell, Instagram or email: your name or handle, your number or username, and whatever you choose to send us, including briefs and files.
• When you pay: payment records such as the amount, date and payment reference.
• When you visit the site: our host, Google Firebase, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers, and our website doesn’t set its own cookies. The map in our footer is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

You don’t need to send us your student ID, NRIC or login details, and we’ll never ask for them.

How we use it

• To quote for, do and deliver the work you ask for, handle revisions and answer your questions.
• To message you about your order.
• To keep the records we need for accounting and to resolve any dispute.

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for anything you haven’t asked for. We only send promotional messages if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.

Who sees it

• The team members working on your request.
• Service providers that run parts of our service: Google, which hosts this website and runs our request form (the form is processed in Singapore), and Telegram, where our team receives form submissions and files. If you message us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or Carousell, those platforms handle your messages under their own policies.

Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. We use them only for the purposes above.

We don’t share your identity or your work with your school or anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and files only as long as we need them to finish your order, handle revisions and resolve any questions about it. Then we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

We keep payment records for as long as Singapore law requires businesses to keep them.

Your rights

• Ask what personal data we hold about you, and how we have used it.
• Ask us to correct it.
• Withdraw your consent for us to use it. We may then be unable to continue your order.
• Ask us to delete it, apart from records the law requires us to keep.

Keeping it safe

The request form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and only the team members working on your request can see your files. No system is perfectly secure, so please send only what we need to do the work.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. See also our Terms of Service.
