Quotes

• Quotes are free and there is no obligation.
• Before any work starts, we confirm the price, what you will get and the deadline in writing. A WhatsApp or Telegram message counts as writing.
• If your brief changes after we start, we tell you whether that changes the price before we do the extra work.

Payment

You pay a 50% deposit to start. You pay the balance after you have reviewed the work.

Deadlines

We tell you honestly before we start whether your deadline is realistic. Please send the full brief, rubric and any materials as early as you can. Missing information can delay delivery.

Revisions

Revisions are free until the work fits the brief you gave us. Changes that go beyond that brief may be quoted separately.

If our work is ever flagged as AI-written by a detector, we rewrite it free until it clears, or refund you.

Confidentiality

We keep your identity and your work confidential. We don’t share them with your school or anyone else, unless the law requires us to. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

How you use the work

• You are responsible for how you use what we deliver, including following your school’s rules on assessments and academic integrity.
• You may not resell or republish our work.

If something goes wrong

Message us first. We will put it right with a revision or, where the guarantee above applies, a refund.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for grades or for decisions made by your school.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
